This Return & Refund Policy explains when products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return may be accepted when:

• The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or handling issues.
• The wrong product was supplied by Muhaza Beauty.
• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• The delivered quantity does not match the confirmed order.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order if they believe there is an issue.

2. Return Request

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Customer or company name
• Order or invoice number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Photographs or video showing the problem
• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from Muhaza Beauty.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we may, depending on the circumstances:

• Replace the affected product
• Provide a replacement part where applicable
• Issue a refund
• Provide another mutually agreed solution

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature and extent of the issue.

4. Incorrect Products

If Muhaza Beauty sends an incorrect product compared with the confirmed order, please notify us promptly.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

5. Wholesale & Export Orders

For wholesale, bulk, international, OEM, and private-label orders, return conditions may differ from standard retail orders.

The applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, sales agreement, or other written commercial agreement may specify:

• Inspection requirements
• Acceptance periods
• Defect procedures
• Return arrangements
• Replacement terms
• Shipping responsibilities
• Refund conditions

Where a written commercial agreement exists, its specific terms will apply.

6. Customized & Private-Label Products

Customized, personalized, OEM, and private-label products are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind or incorrect customer-provided specifications.

This may include products with:

• Customer logos
• Custom packaging
• Custom engraving
• Special colors or finishes
• Customized dimensions
• Special manufacturing specifications

If a customized product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications, please contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate solution.

7. Change of Mind

Returns based solely on a change of mind may not be accepted, particularly for customized, wholesale, export, or specially manufactured orders.

For standard products, any return request will be considered according to the applicable order terms and circumstances.

8. Return Shipping

Where the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or another issue caused by Muhaza Beauty, we will discuss the appropriate shipping arrangement with the customer.

Where a return is requested for reasons not caused by Muhaza Beauty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and related costs.

9. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will depend on the original payment method and applicable transaction terms.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, bank fees, or other third-party charges may not be refundable where they were not received by Muhaza Beauty.

For international transactions, currency conversion and payment-provider charges may affect the amount received by the customer.

10. Inspection of Orders

Customers receiving bulk or international shipments are encouraged to inspect the products promptly after delivery.

Any visible shortage, damage, or discrepancy should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, together with supporting evidence.

11. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted where:

• The product has been used improperly or damaged after delivery.
• The product has been modified or altered by the customer.
• Damage resulted from improper storage or handling.
• The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.
• The return is made without prior authorization.
• A customized product is returned solely because the customer changed their mind.
• The product was manufactured according to specifications supplied and approved by the customer.
